I have 4 gb of ram and Vista Home Premium x64. My ram usage normally stays at about 25-30%. Anytime I install a program/game, the ram jumps to 99% during the install and continues to stay at 99% after the installer has finished. The ram is partially down and the drawer is halfway open. I can’t get the ram to go back up and I can’t open or close the drawer. Please help! There has to be some way to manually crank the ram back up into its housing so that I can close the drawer.
