i have dell optiplex gx280 computer.i am facing problem of CPU high fan speed when i turn on the PC.it goes to full noise like a jet fighter and nothing get appeared on the screen and fan continuously gone crazy like that.i have removed all the hard drives,Rams,cd roms, PCI slots cards..only power supply attached [...]
